The Library's Community Resources Specialist is located at the Main Library to provide information, referrals, and assistance with completing applications for social and government services.

Services include: 

  • Food/SNAP benefits
  • Medicaid
  • Legal aid
  • Employment
  • Government benefits
  • Local resources

Drop in or Schedule an Appointment

Leon County Main Library

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Appointment Only

Lake Jackson Branch Library

  • 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Dr. B.L. Perry, Jr. Branch Library

  • 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
