Exhibitor Information
The library seeks to provide an opportunity for artists, collectors, and organizations to exhibit their works to the community. Local artists are encouraged to apply for an exhibit at least three months in advance of their proposed start date. All exhibitions will be free and open to the public. All exhibit applications go through the Library Advisory Board for approval. Please see the Library Exhibit Policy.

Display Spaces
Bruce J. Host Northeast Branch Library
- Two locked vertical display cases: 45.5 in. L x 14.5 in. W x 57.5 in. H
Dr. B.L. Perry, Jr. Branch Library
- One locked horizontal display case: 60 in. L x 27 in. W x 7 in. H
Eastside Branch Library
- One locked vertical display case: 48 in. L x 14.5 in. W x 60 in. H
- Art rail display area: 8 ft. L x 3 ft. H, equipped with a STAS Hanging System for displaying framed artwork
Jane G. Sauls Fort Braden Branch Library
- One locked vertical display case: 34 in. L x 12 in. W x 57 in. H
LeRoy Collins Leon County Main Library (Second Floor)
- Tackable display surface: 30 ft. L x 5 ft. H, equipped with Walker Hanging System featuring brackets for framed artwork and rods for hanging quilts or cloth banners
- Two locked display cases: 56.5 in. L x 26.5 in. W x 9 in. H
