Sustainability Ambassadors Program
Become a Sustainability Ambassador in Leon County with this series of free trainings from the Office of Sustainability.
The Sustainability Ambassadors Program provides interactive education on key sustainability topics that align with Leon County's
Integrated Sustainability Action Plan (ISAP), while connecting participants to local initiatives and resources for best practices in sustainable living.
Following the completion of this five-session course, earn a Sustainability Ambassador Certificate and help lead positive change in the community. The program empowers Leon County residents to build knowledge, inspire behavior change, and connect others to sustainability solutions. Through interactive learning, peer discussions, and communication exercises, participants will gain the skills and confidence to support a more sustainable and resilient community.
Classes are offered through a combination of in-person and asynchronous online sessions to enhance accessibility and flexibility for participants.
The next term is scheduled for July 28 through August 11, with in-person classes indicated below. Please be sure that you can attend all classes before registering.
