Library Meeting Room Use

Meeting rooms are available for public use when the libraries are open, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All room reservations require a library card number and PIN.
  • Meetings must be free and open to the public.
  • Any group reserving a meeting room must have an adult (18 yrs. or older), parent or legal guardian in the room at all times that the room is occupied.
  • Meeting rooms may not be used for personal or private financial profit or for solicitation of business.
  • Groups may have up to 4 reservations per month, for a maximum of 4 hours each time.
  • Light snacks may be served free - no charge, no request for donations.
  • Use of the meeting rooms does not imply library endorsement of the aims, policies or activities of any group.

Woodville Branch Library

Large Meeting Room (Dogwood Room) - 24

Features include a large floor-to-ceiling window, tables and chairs, and a sink. There is a 42" wall-mounted smart TV available for use. The room is 15' wide and 26' long.

Small Meeting Room (Magnolia Room) - 6 

Features include 2 tables and 6 chairs. The room is 8.5' wide and 14' long.
