Schedule an Inspection

Building inspections can be scheduled and completed as soon as the following day. To schedule an inspection, use any of the following methods:

To schedule an inspection online, log in to your ACA public user account by visiting the Leon County Permits Online website.
To schedule an inspection using the automated telephone system, call 850-606-1306 and follow the prompts (have your permit number ready).
Inspections can also be scheduled by texting "SCHEDULE" to 855-927-1525. See the Inspection Scheduling Instructions for more information on how to schedule by text.
Additionally, after hours and weekend inspections are also available for a fee of $90 per hour (minimum 2 hours charged). To schedule an after-hours or weekend inspection, call 850-606-1398 (have your permit number ready).
