Electronic Application Submittal Processes (ProjectDox)
To initiate the electronic submission of a building permit in ProjectDox, send an email and attach the applicable building permit application. Once the email and completed Building Permit Application are received and reviewed for completeness, an invitation e-mail will be sent to you to upload all the required documents to the associated ProjectDox file.
Please refer to the Submittal Requirements and Naming Conventions Document for instructions.
To request a free pre-submittal meeting with staff, send an email and submit the required documentation: issued PUV/RCC, narrative and conceptual site plan.
To initiate the electronic submission of a site and development plan in ProjectDox, send an email and attach the applicable site plan application.An invitation e-mail will be sent to you to upload the associated documents to the associated ProjectDox file.

To initiate the necessary procedure to allow for electronic environmental permit application submittals, please complete the first page of the applicable environmental permit application form and email to the Environmental Director at firstname.lastname@example.org. A confirmation email will be sent, along with detailed/specific direction to allow for a successful electronic EMP submittal.
