Electronic Application Submittal Processes (ProjectDox)

Please Note: How to Configure Microsoft Edge for Internet Explorer end of life

  1. Launch Microsoft Edge browser
  2. Click on the three dots "..." at the top right of the browser 
  3. In the three dots ... drop down list, Click on Settings
  4. In the Settings drop down list on the left, select Default Browser
  5. Click on the Allows sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode) and select the Allow option
  6. Close and restart the Microsoft Edge browser
  7. Input the path to the ProjectDox application:  https://edocuments.leoncountyfl.gov/projectdox  in the top left URL path of Microsoft Edge and press the [Enter] key on your keyboard which will launch the ProjectDox login page.
  8. Save this in your Microsoft Edge's favorites.

Building Permit Application Submittals

To initiate the electronic submission of a building permit in ProjectDox, send an email and attach the applicable building permit application. Once the email and completed Building Permit Application are received and reviewed for completeness, an invitation e-mail will be sent to you to upload all the required documents to the associated ProjectDox file.

Pre-Submittal Meetings & Site and Development Plan Submittals (Type A-D and Exempt Processes)

To request a free PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING with staff, send an email and submit the required documentation: issued PUV/RCC, narrative and conceptual site plan. Pre-submittal meetings can only be requested on (most) Wednesdays, according to the current ARM schedule

To initiate the electronic submission of a SITE AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN in ProjectDox, send an email and attach the applicable site plan application. An invitation e-mail will be sent to you to upload the remaining required site plan documents to the associated ProjectDox file. Exempt subdivision submittals (ASAP, Boundary Settlement, Family Heir 219) can occur any day of the week. Type A-D site plan submittals that require public noticing can only be requested according to the current ARM schedule

Environmental Permit Application Submittals

To initiate the necessary procedure to allow for electronic environmental permit application submittals, please complete and email the first page of the applicable environmental permit application form.  An email confirmation receipt of the application will be sent. Once set-up is completed, detailed/specific direction to allow for a successful electronic EMP submittal will be emailed to the applicant.
