Electronic Application Submittal Processes (ProjectDox)
To initiate the electronic submission of a building permit in ProjectDox, send an email and attach the applicable building permit application. Once the email and completed Building Permit Application are received and reviewed for completeness, an invitation e-mail will be sent to you to upload all the required documents to the associated ProjectDox file.

To request a free PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING with staff, send an email and submit the required documentation: issued PUV/RCC, narrative and conceptual site plan. Pre-submittal meetings can only be requested on (most) Wednesdays, according to the current ARM schedule.
To initiate the electronic submission of a SITE AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN in ProjectDox, send an email and attach the applicable site plan application. An invitation e-mail will be sent to you to upload the remaining required site plan documents to the associated ProjectDox file. Exempt subdivision submittals (ASAP, Boundary Settlement, Family Heir 219) can occur any day of the week. Type A-D site plan submittals that require public noticing can only be requested according to the current ARM schedule.

To initiate the necessary procedure to allow for electronic environmental permit application submittals, please complete and email the first page of the applicable environmental permit application form. An email confirmation receipt of the application will be sent. Once set-up is completed, detailed/specific direction to allow for a successful electronic EMP submittal will be emailed to the applicant.
