Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available for public use when the libraries are open, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All room reservations require a library card number and PIN.
  • Meetings must be free and open to the public.
  • Any group reserving a meeting room must have an adult (18 years or older), parent or legal guardian in the room at all times that the room is occupied.
  • Meeting rooms may not be used for personal or private financial profit or for solicitation of business.
  • Four reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance.
  • A maximum of four hours per day may be reserved.
  • Light snacks and non-alcoholic bottled beverages may be served.
  • Use of the meeting rooms does not imply library endorsement of the aims, policies or activities of any group.
  • Use of the meeting rooms does not grant permission to use the Leon County Public Library's logo. Please contact CMR@LeonCountyFL.gov with any questions or requests.

Main Library Program Rooms A and B each have a minimum occupancy of five people and must be booked 24 hours in advance.

Program Room B, 1st floor - Capacity 50

Reserve both rooms by making two separate reservations for the same time or call the Library for assistance (850) 606-2665.

Henderson Room, 2nd floor (West) - Capacity 12

Magnolia Room, 2nd floor (East) - Capacity 12

Study Room A, 3rd floor - Capacity 2

Meeting Rooms at Community Centers

Two branch libraries share buildings with Leon County Community Centers. Use of Community Center rooms is scheduled through the Leon County Division of Parks and Recreation.
