Nicki Paden serves as Assistant to the County Administrator for Legislative and Strategic Initiatives.
Nicki Paden is Assistant to the County Administrator for Legislative and Strategic Initiatives for Leon County, Florida. In this role, Nicki is responsible for administering the County’s state and federal legislative affairs program, developing policy analyses and recommendations on a variety of issues facing Leon County Government, coordinating special projects, and more. Nicki has been with Leon County since 2016, and her responsibilities have included management of the County’s Strategic Plan; oversight of Leon LEADs and other organizational improvement processes; and supporting the development and advocacy of the County’s legislative priorities. Nicki holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Florida State University Askew School of Public Administration and is a recipient of the prestigious Raymond C. Sittig Scholarship award by the Florida City and County Managers Association.
