You can also print and mail your order form with a check made to: the Division of Facilities Management, at 1907 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
Do not send cash through the mail. If you wish to pay by cash, please come by the Facilities Management office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
The average time between when payment is received and when the brick is installed is 3 to 4 weeks. You will be contacted when the brick is installed. Please remember that the brick is only “8 X 4”, so room for text is limited. You will be contacted if the amount of text you have requested will not fit in the available space.
