Free Library Parking Access Card for Disabled and Veteran Patrons
Disabled and Veteran Patrons may qualify for a free Library parking access card in the Leroy Collins Library Call Street Parking Lot

Proof of Disabled or Veteran Status required at the time of application in one of the following forms:

  • A valid Florida Disabled Person Placard
    (cards issued for Disabled Patrons will be valid for a period of three years or expiration date of placard)
  • Veteran ID Card, VA DD-214 form, or a valid Florida Driver’s License Indicating Veteran Status 
    (cards issued for Veteran Patrons will not expire)
