Benefits and Open Enrollment

The Annual Open Enrollment Period for Leon County Government employees is October 16, 2023 through October 31, 2023. Within this timeframe, employees desiring to make benefit plan changes may do so; enrollment choices made during this period will be effective from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, unless you have an IRS qualified change in status. October has also been designated as the Open Enrollment period for Leon County Government employees to join the Sick Leave Pool.
