Senior Outreach

Tallahassee Senior Foundation

Leon County Senior Outreach, funded by the Leon County Commission, is a program of the Tallahassee Senior Foundation that helps seniors remain in their own communities and live independent, healthy and engaged lives. By bringing a variety of resources, activities and opportunities to the rural areas of our community, seniors are able to access services in the areas where they live. Programs have been established in the communities of Bradfordville, Chaires-Capitola, Fort Braden, Lake Jackson, Miccosukee and Woodville.
