The Real Estate Management Program is responsible for professional and administrative work in the procurement, disposition and administration of real estate for Leon County. The work includes responsibilities for negotiating, securing, leasing and disposing of real property as owned or acquired by the County, and maintaining accurate and complete records of real property and managing all information and statistics regarding the County property inventory.
