Meeting/Schedules

Due to the Governor’s Executive Orders 2020-52, 2020-91, as amended by 2020-92 and 2020-69 allowing for public meetings by Communications Media Technology and consistent with the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendation, until further notice, all Board of Adjustments and Appeals, Application Review Meetings (ARM) and Development Review Committee (DRC) Meetings will be held using the Zoom teleconference platform. For information about how to view the meeting please contact Development Services at 850-606-1300 to speak with a Service Advisor or you may contact the Project Coordinator identified on the agenda directly. Plans and staff reports will continue to be available for review electronically through the County’s plans review program, “ProjectDox.” Please contact the Project Coordinator listed in the agenda item with any questions regarding the project or for assistance accessing documents electronically.

Public comments will be accepted by electronic submission through the “Public Comment Form” link found below. The deadline for submitting comments is 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled meeting. This allows adequate time for comments to be made part of the project file and considered carefully by all those reviewing the project. Comments submitted after the 5:00 p.m. deadline but prior to the meeting will be added to the official records for the project, but the County cannot guarantee that review staff or committee members will have adequate time to read comments prior to the meeting. Please ensure that all required information fields on the comment form are completed prior to submitting.

How To Obtain Special Accommodation For The Meeting: In accordance with Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the ADA Coordinator at 850-606-5000 or The Office of Resource Stewardship, 1907 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, by written or oral request at least 48 hours prior to the proceeding.
