Facilities Management serves the citizens of Leon County and occupants of County facilities by providing clean, safe, and fully functional facilities through repair, maintenance and minor renovation services.

Facilities Management is responsible for providing repair & maintenance and minor renovations for the County’s 155 buildings (approximately 2.1 million square feet), including heating & air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and interior & exterior finishing and repair work.
