Celebrating Local Changemakers: Leon County Honors Women’s History Month
Leon County Government is recognizing the achievements and contributions of women during Women’s History Month with engaging programs, activities, and resources from the LeRoy Collins Leon County Public Library System. The month-long celebration includes a presentation highlighting local women leaders, a photo exhibit, and the opportunity to share ideas for a sustainable future. Thematic book lists and movie watchlists give citizens of all ages the opportunity to learn about inspiring women who have shaped our community and the world.
