The mission of the Facilities Management Division is to serve the citizens of Leon County and occupants of County facilities; through the provision of professional operations and repair & maintenance services; in order to provide clean, safe and fully-functional County facilities.
Facilities Management is responsible for providing physical repair & maintenance, and operations management within a network of the County’s 84 buildings (approximately over 1 million square feet) and over 90 acres of grounds. The Division consists of 37 employees, and is organized into three functional programs, Maintenance, Operations, and Public Safety Complex.
