About the Greenway
Leon County greenways serve the community by creating spaces for outdoor recreation, preserving local wildlife, and promoting the education of environmental stewardship. Help us keep our greenways safe for all users by learning about acceptable greenway uses!
With the recent addition of the St. Marks Headwaters Greenway Buck Lake Trailhead, 10995 Buck Lake Road, the greenway now boasts 6 total miles of unique trails for hiking, biking, and exploring.
The new trailhead includes a pavilion, playground, restroom facilities, and even an Electric Vehicle charging station!
