UPDATE: Temporary Road Closure of Southwood Plantation Road between Apalachee Parkway and Old St. Augustine Road
Due to heavy rain, the temporary road closure of Southwood Plantation Road between Apalachee Parkway and Old St. Augustine Road has been rescheduled. The road closure will now take place on Tuesday June 3, through Wednesday June 4, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The closure is for water and sewer connections.
Southbound traffic on Southwood Plantation Road will be detoured in one of two ways:
- West onto Apalachee Parkway then south onto Capital Circle SW then east onto Old St. Augustine Road to Southwood Plantation Road.
- East onto Apalachee Parkway then south onto Williams Road then west onto Old St. Augustine Road to Southwood Plantation Road.
Northbound traffic on Southwood Plantation Road will be detoured in one of two ways:
- West onto Old St. Augustine Road then north onto Capital Circle SW then east onto Apalachee Parkway to Southwood Plantation Road.
- East onto Old St. Augustine Road then north onto Williams Road then west onto Apalachee Parkway to Southwood Plantation Road.
