Temporary Road Closure of Balkin Road at Capital Circle SW
Beginning on Monday, September 14, at 7:30 a.m. through Monday, September 28, at 5 p.m., there will be a temporary road closure of Balkin Road at Capital Circle SW. This closure is for underground utility installation.
Southbound traffic on CCSW wanting to turn east onto Balkin Road will be detoured south along CCSW then east onto Westway Road then north onto Center Drive to Balkin Road. Westbound traffic on Balkin Road will be detoured south onto Center Drive then west onto Westway then north onto CCSW to Balkin Road.
Weather conditions such as heavy rain, severe storms, extreme heat, and freezing temperatures can affect construction schedules on County projects.
