Office of Human Services and Community Partnerships

Relocates to New Building

Department relocates to 615 Paul Russell Road to better serve citizens

WHO:            Leon County Office of Human Services and Community Partnerships

WHAT:           Relocation to New County Office

WHEN:          Effective Monday, February 1

WHERE:        615 Paul Russell Road

Beginning Monday, February 1, Leon County Office of Human Services and Community Partnerships (HSCP) will relocate to a new County facility located at 615 Paul Russell Road. The facility also houses the UF/IFAS Cooperative Extension Office and offers better accessibility and more space to serve clients, ample parking and close proximity to four StarMetro bus routes.

Current customers have been informed of the relocation and the move will not interrupt services to citizens. The office hours at the new location will remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In addition to increasing accessibility, the relocation allows the County's Veterans Services, Housing Services, and Health & Human Services Divisions to complement community programming currently offered in the area.

Located near the Gaines Street Corridor and Railroad Square Art District, the vacated building at 918 Railroad Avenue will in the future serve as the new home of the County's Division of Tourism and Visitor Information Center.
