Leon County Board of County Commissioners Installation and Reorganization Ceremony Scheduled for November 22

WHAT:  Installation and Reorganization of the Board
WHEN:  Tuesday, November 22 at 3 p.m.
WHERE:  Leon County Courthouse, 301 S. Monroe Street, Commission Chambers

An Installation and Reorganization Ceremony for the Leon County Board of County Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, November 22 at 3 p.m. in Commission Chambers, located on the fifth floor of the Leon County Courthouse, 301 South Monroe Street.

The ceremony will include Chief Judge Jonathan Sjostrom and Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Gwen Marshall.

During the Installation and Swearing-In Ceremony, re-elected Commissioners Bill Proctor, Rick Minor, and Nick Maddox and newly elected Commissioners Christian Caban and David O’Keefe will take the Oath of Office.

During the Reorganization Ceremony, the Board will elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman for the 2022/2023 year.

After the ceremony, the Board will reconvene for its regularly scheduled meeting at 4 p.m.
