The program builds on the best practices established by Leon County Government and its Well‐Being Program, "Live Well Leon". The series will be hosted in partnership with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital’s Bariatric Center, Wellness Without Pity and Capital Regional Medical Center.

The series also complements the library’s summer reading theme, “Exercise your mind. Read!” Health related library materials will be on display at each event for check-out. This series is free and open to the public.
