In its continuous focus and commitment to engaging citizens, Leon County will host its next Citizen Engagement Series session on Thursday, May 11, at 6 p.m., at the Public Safety Complex, 911 Easterwood Drive. The series will give citizens a chance to engage with and learn from public safety experts and leaders.
Entitled “Public Safety: Preserving Life, Improving Health, and Promoting Safety,” the upcoming session will feature Leon County Emergency Medical Services, the Consolidated Dispatch Agency, and Leon County Emergency Management.
The session offers citizens a stimulating and interactive forum that highlights the operations and high quality safety services the three work areas provide to the community and will include a tour of the Public Safety Complex.
Open to all Leon County residents, those interested in the session can register by visiting www.LeonCountyFL.gov/CES. Registration closes Monday, May 8 at 5 p.m. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Held since 2012, Leon County’s recurring national award-winning series engages citizens in new and interesting ways with County programs and services.
