County to Host Annual Retreat
County to discuss upcoming plans for 2025Â and update the FY2022-2026 Strategic Plan

Leon County Government will be hosting its Annual Board Retreat on Monday, January 27, starting at 9 a.m. at The Retreat at Bradley's Pond, 9002 Bradley Road.
At this year's annual retreat, the Leon County Board of County Commissioners will receive an update on the County’s progress toward reaching the organization’s Strategic Initiatives, Bold Goals and Five-Year Targets in the areas of Economy, Environment, Quality of Life, and Governance outlined in the Leon County Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-2026 Strategic Plan. Following the update, the Board will review and update the FY 2022-2026 Strategic Plan, which guides the County’s efforts at every level of the organization and provides a foundation for setting the standard in public service.

Also, as part of the day, the Board will also receive an overview on investments made by the Children’s Services Council of Leon County in children and family programming in FY 2024 and 2025 that align with the County’s Strategic Initiatives.
