Leon County Government invites the community to the latest installment of the award-winning Library Lecture Series tomorrow, January 17, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the downtown Main Library. The exciting and informative lecture will focus on how to unlock a team’s unique skillsets to make a greater impact on workplace culture and productivity.
During this program, Louis Dilbert will discuss the impact of multigenerational talent, the strengths that each generation brings to the workforce, and how multigenerational teams can work cohesively together with better understanding.
Speaker Louis Dilbert is the director of the Florida A&M University TRIO Educational Opportunity Center and Military and Veteran Affairs and serves as a board member for CareerSource Capital Region.

Since 2017, the Leon County Library Lecture Series has featured more than a dozen local, regional, and national speakers to engage and inspire the community with thoughtful discussions about topics in the arts and sciences.
