County Courthouse to be Lighted Red In Recognition of American Red Cross Month

In recognition of American Red Cross Month, Leon County Government will illuminate the County Courthouse with red lighting the evening of Wednesday, March 23. The lighting will be visible after 8 p.m.
The Capital Area Chapter of The American Red Cross serves Leon County with more than 400 volunteers a year and responds to approximately five emergencies and disasters a week across the region by providing shelter, food, clothing and emotional support at no cost to those in need.
On Thursday, April 7, the Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross presents its 2016 Red Cross Signature Event, Cocktails & Camo at Flightline.
The Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross serves more than 430,000 people in North Florida, within the Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, & Wakulla counties.
