Hazardous Waste:
Don't trash it, let us handle it
Hazardous Waste and Electronics Collection Events are held on the first Saturday of the month between September and May at the Public Works Operations Center, 2280 Miccosukee Rd. We also participate in the City of Tallahassee's Cash-For-Trash events on the third Saturdays of April and October at 2727 Municipal Way.
During the September 2012 to May 2013 season, 3,231 citizens dropped off 58.7 tons of hazardous waste and 43.1 tons of electronic scrap at our collection events. Thank you for your support.
You don't have to wait! The Hazardous Waste Center is open six days a week.
