Leon County Legislative Delegation Meeting Set for October 28

The Leon County Board of County Commissioners will host the Leon County Legislative Delegation for a public hearing on Monday, October 28, 2019 at 5 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, located on the fifth floor of the Leon County Courthouse, 301 S. Monroe St.
This annual hearing provides an opportunity for citizens and local officials to address the Legislative Delegation regarding any state-level issues or concerns they may have. All residents and elected officials are invited to attend.
The Leon County Legislative Delegation is a bipartisan group comprised of members of the State House of Representatives and Senator Bill Montford, who serves as chairman of the Legislative Delegation. The delegation is the liaison between the Florida Legislature and local governments and community organizations.
Residents wishing to address the Legislative Delegation simply need to fill out a speaker's card upon arriving to the meeting. All presenters will be allowed three minutes.
