Leon County Government invites the community to an insightful discussion on achieving balance in daily life as part of the award-winning Library Lecture Series on Thursday, April 17, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the downtown Main Library, 200 West Park Avenue. Led by Heather Fuselier, Harmony in Action: Navigating Work-Life Balance will explore practical strategies for managing responsibilities, setting realistic goals, and embracing progress over perfection.
National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach Heather Fuselier will offer expert guidance on establishing healthy boundaries and creating sustainable habits for a well-balanced life. With extensive experience in wellness coaching, workplace well-being, and personal development, Fuselier specializes in helping individuals cultivate healthier lifestyles.
