The following sections provide resources for landlords to identify and notify eligible tenant households of where and when to apply for assistance through the Emergency Rental Assistance program.
Landlord Contact Card
Ensuring tenants have clear and accurate landlord contact information is a critical part of the Leon County Emergency Rental Assistance application process. If Leon County determines a tenant to be eligible for assistance through the Emergency Rental Assistance program, an invitation email will be sent to the email address provided by your tenant(s).
To avoid delays in funding, we recommend you print and distribute ERA Landlord Contact Cards to your tenant(s) so they have access to your exact email address and phone number. Click here to download the contact card.
