Schedule an Inspection

Building inspections can be scheduled and completed as soon as the following day. To schedule an inspection, use any of the following methods:

• To schedule an inspection online, log in to your ACA public user account by clicking here.
• To schedule an inspection using the automated telephone system, call 850-606-1306 and follow the prompts (have your permit # ready).
• Inspections can also be scheduled by texting "SCHEDULE" to 855-927-1525. Click here for more information on how to schedule by text.
• Additionally, after hours and weekend inspections are also available for a fee of $90/hr (minimum 2 hours charged). To schedule an after-hours or weekend inspection, call 850-606-1398 (have your permit # ready).
