Robert Fort Bradford Jr.

Robert Fort Bradford Jr. was born in Leon County, Florida, on August 1, 1884. He worked as a dairy farmer with his father and later attended Florida State College (now Florida State University) from 1901-1902. He served two stints on the Leon County Commission from 1923-1928 and again from 1942-1954, where he represented District 4. He also served on the school board for six years. He died on March 3, 1969, and is buried at Oakland Cemetery.
