Michael S. Elkin

Michael S. Elkin was born in Kentucky on September 24, 1824. He moved to Florida in the 1850s and owned Mr. Elkin’s Livery Stable. He served on the Leon County Commission from 1871-1872. He died in February 22, 1909, and is buried in Pratt, Kansas.
