Bryan Desloge is a Tallahassee native who earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University. He was owner and president of Desloge Home Oxygen & Medical Equipment and Chairman of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. He was elected to the Leon County Board of County Commissioners to represent the citizens of District 4 in 2006. He would go on to serve for 14 years. During that time, he supported the growth of the County’s infrastructure, including Gaines Street and Cascades Park, promoting and expanding the County’s trail system, and the creation of the Public Safety Complex, a multi-purpose facility developed in partnership with Leon County and the City of Tallahassee. He served as Board Chairman from 2008-2009 and 2019-2020. Active with nonprofit and government organizations, Desloge was president of the National Association of Counties (NACo) and the Florida Association of Counties (FAC). He also served on several boards, including the American Red Cross, Big Bend Hospice, Goodwood Museum, American Lung Association, and Tallahassee Memorial Foundation.
