Community Invited to Florida’s First Family Day on Nov. 26
Tallahassee-Leon County is the first community in Florida to recognize Family Day, an annual holiday that celebrates the importance of all families, togetherness, support and love. On November 26, the Friday following Thanksgiving, residents and visitors alike can celebrate Family Day by spending time with loved ones and neighbors at the Family Day at Railroad Square event or by shopping local at any of the participating businesses and other arts, culture and outdoor locations communitywide.
Family Day at Railroad Square Schedule of Events
Come out to Railroad Square Art District from 1 – 5 p.m. on November 26 for free family portraits, live entertainment and fun activities for the whole family. There will also be several participating small businesses open throughout Railroad Square to give community members the opportunity to support local businesses during the holiday shopping season.
