Meeting Rooms at the Dr. B.L. Perry Jr. Branch

The Meeting Room policy and procedures will be interpreted and enforced by the Library Director.

  • Located at 2817 S. Adams Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301.
  • The meeting room is only scheduled three months in advance. No organization or person can have more than three bookings during a three-month interval.
  • The meeting room can only be used during the hours of operation of the library. The maximum number of seated persons is 75 (without tables). Meetings must be concluded and the room cleared, 15 minutes before the end of library operating hours.
  • The library staff does not set up the room.
  • When their meeting has concluded the users of the room will be responsible for leaving the room clean and with all tables and chairs in their original order.
  • Limited refreshments may be served in the program room. The users of the room will be responsible for the clean up of any food or drink items that are brought into the room.
  • Any representations regarding sponsorship by Leon County are prohibited unless prior approval has been granted by the Library Director.
