Professional Construction & Maintenance for County Buildings

The Facilities Management Division serves the citizens of Leon County and occupants of County facilities through the provision of professional construction, operation and maintenance services. It also provides and maintains clean, safe and fully functional County facilities.

The mission of the Facilities Management Division is to serve the citizens of Leon County and occupants of County facilities; through the provision of professional construction, operation and maintenance services; in order to provide clean, safe and fully-functional County facilities.
Facilities Management is responsible for providing physical maintenance, operations and construction management within a network of the County’s 84 buildings (approximately over 1 million square feet) and over 90 acres of grounds. The Division consists of 40 employees, and is organized into a director and three functional programs.
