Additional Dwelling Units without Subdivision

The placement of additional dwelling units (a maximum of six including existing units) on undivided property by the landowner(s) of such property may be allowed when:

  • The placement of additional dwelling units is consistent with the existing zoning and future land use designation of the property.

  • The owner records an affidavit stating that additional density was added without subdivision of the property.
