The Division of Emergency Management coordinates emergency management activities, services and programs within the county and serves as liaison to the Florida Division of Emergency Management and other local emergency management agencies and organizations.

Disaster Resources

    • LeonReady is a hub of resources to help you, your family and your neighborhood prepare for disasters. There are a variety of resources available to increase your readiness.
    • Sign up for the Neighborhood Readiness Trainings hosted by County Emergency Management experts for unincorporated County neighborhoods. To date, more than 1,000 residents have been trained in disaster resilience through the County’s Neighborhood Readiness Training program.
