MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Possession of a bachelorís degree in business or public administration, or a degree accepted in the field for which the vacancy exists and four years of technical, staff or administrative experience related to the field in which the vacancy exists; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

NOTE
This position is the department's primary Human Resources and Budget contact facilitating all Human Resources functions and budget activities for the Consolidated Dispatch Agency. Works directly with line level employees, supervisors, and the department director to interpret policies and consult on Human Resources matters that are both routine and complex in nature. Assists the department director with resolution in such matters as employment, compensation, and discipline. Serves as the keeper for all personnel actions, reviews, analyzes and makes recommendations on exceptions, and assesses appropriateness of various actions.
